The Commission is an authority before which one can appeal decisions of the National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of Medicinal Products.
It consists of 15 members, including the chairperson and vice-chairperson. The members of the Commission are determined by decision of the Council of Ministers upon proposal by the Minister of Health.
Appeals against decisions of the National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of Medicinal Products must be submitted to the Transparency Commission through the National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of Medicinal Products within 14 days of their notice to the interested parties.

Instructions for filing appeals
Upon appealing decisions of the National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of Medicinal Products a separate appeal should be submitted for each separate medicinal product.
